Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 1–3 business days

Custom or made-to-order items: Ship within 3–7 business days

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotions. Any delays will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method:

United States: 5–10 business days

Canada: 7–15 business days

Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

These are estimated delivery times and do not include customs clearance or delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

For international shipments, tracking updates may pause temporarily during customs processing—this is normal.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the destination country.
We are not able to control customs processing times or fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the last tracking update and provide any relevant photos or information.
We will work with you to offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
