Contact Us

Email or call with your order number and a description of the issue. A parts specialist β€” not a bot β€” receives your claim.

We Review

We review your claim against our manufacturing records. If photos are needed, we'll ask. Response within 1 business day, guaranteed.

We Confirm

We confirm the issue and provide an RMA number if return is needed. We pay return freight for manufacturing defects.

Replaced or Refunded

Replacement ships or refund is processed. No lengthy approval chains. The conversation starts and ends with us.

Warranty Terms

The Fine Print,Written Plainly

We write our warranty terms in plain language so there are no surprises when you need to use them.

Warranty Period

12 months from the date of shipment. The warranty clock starts when the part leaves our facility, not when it's installed.

Who It Covers

The warranty covers the original purchaser. For distributor and reseller orders, the warranty passes through to the end user of the part.

Claim Deadline

Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period. Claims submitted after 12 months from shipment date will not be accepted.

What We Need

Your original order number, a description of the failure, and photos of the failed part if requested. We keep manufacturing records on every order.

Resolution Options

We offer replacement with the same or equivalent part, or a full refund of the purchase price. The determination is made by our quality team.

Exclusions

Normal wear, improper installation, overload, misuse, unauthorized modification, and damage occurring after installation is complete and truck is in service.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of the purchased part. We are not liable for labor, downtime, or consequential damages arising from part failure.

Jurisdiction

This warranty is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Fairfax County, Virginia.
